Great workout!  Very motivating with a coach telling me what to do. Music was great. Always seemed to pick up just at the right times. One of the best classes I've ever done.

I really enjoy having a coach and the way the workouts are structured. I don't ever have to worry about what to do next. I also enjoy how fast-paced the workouts are. I'm in an out in one hour, leaving with confidence I just got a thorough workout. Having the heart rate zone screen to focus on helps me to compete against myself, without being distracted by what everyone else half my age is doing. I also appreciate the accountability of having to plan the time slot in advance. This ensures that I'll commit exercise time on my calendar, which doesn't come naturally for me. I'm in my late 40's and feel like I've finally found something that works perfectly for me.

Loved the workout! Staff was super energetic and accommodating. You can do this workout if your super in shape or brand new to the gym. There was a 70 year old women in the class and she rocked it. I highly recommend Orangetheory fitness and I'm excited to go back as soon as I can.

I love Orangetheory work outs and staff! The place is always clean, the staff is always helpful and friendly and the trainers are very knowledgeable. I have been going for over a year now and have already improved my endurance and toned where I needed it.

An excellent place to workout!  I like that you get a killer workout in a short amount of time, as well as the competitions that OTF does from time to time.
