C'mon....it's gamestop. You can't give a positive rating because they give you 20 cents for your stuff and sell it for $40. The employees are usually really good except they always try and push to get you to buy used games. Why? Because the company tells them they have to. I am not a fan of GameStop.

Recently bought a Nintendo Switch here and had a tremendous experience there. Often I will avoid going to Gamespot at all costs. The salesmen can be pushy, and seem like they may recommend a pre order or something seemingly just to meet a quota, etc. It's bad news. The service is generally the worst part of a Gamespot experience. Meanwhile, the rest is great. Cool games, t-shirts, and other game memorabilia. Thankfully, I am happy to report, the service here was friendly and helpful. The woman who helped me was kind, helpful, and not overly pushing pre orders or special services. I asked if they had any neon blue/red switches in stock and she said "Yep! Want me to go grab it for ya!" She got asked a question by another customer, and answered it briefly before essentially saying respectfully "one moment, let me help a customer I was working with earlier and I can help you in a moment." Custer service handled like a champ. Upon rejecting the offered console protection plan she simply smiled and said "okay." I was in and out with a new console and a game within 10 to 15 minutes. If you need to go to a Gamespot, I feel this is the one. Great work!

I spent some time here last week trying to get my hands on a Switch. Well, since they were out of stock everywhere and no one will let you reserve a unit, they recommended that I just swing in every morning that week since they were expecting some. I didnt mind since I was on vacation doing nothing. The staff there was especially welcoming and they had a lot of information available. I got my Switch after 3 mornings. The place isn't usually crowded and they seem to have a lot of new releases in stock.
