If there were a half star I would hesitate giving them that. The customer service at this location is deplorable. When my wife had trouble with her phone they did little to nothing to help alleviate the problem. We were told the in house warranty was 14 days but the phone manufacturer was 90 days, which we were within. Had to send the phone in for repair, not replace as we wished, and were given a crappy phone that wont even receive a text message or email. The entire time the attitude of the staff was total lack of empathy or concern. When we got the survey from Sprint the survey said they would ask us 3 questions. After a negative response on the first question about customer service we did not receive any more questions via email. They suck from top to bottom.

Great selection of phones and cases. It's really easy to switch carriers. The store does get a bit busy at times and it may take a few minutes after you check in to get help.

I recently had technical issues with my cell phone and Travis the Tech guy at the Columbia Center location was awesome and extremely patient - he is a thumbs up employee!

Absolutely terrible customer service on the managers part. I was a few days past their ridiculous 14 day return policy, and all I wanted to do was return a phone case I never used. The lead "April" was awesome, and said she could exchange it for me for something else. I was fine with this and was happy she made this exception to promote good customer service. When she asked for the managers initials to sign off, he said he wouldn't do it. He clearly could make the exception, but he wanted to show he had power. He did this in front of a line of customers and made himself look like a complete fool. I have been with Sprint 15 years and this visit truly makes me want to cancel my contract and never recommend them to anyone ever again.

Worst place I have been do NOT go to sprint. I have been on the same plan for 2 years but my bill every month changes and everyone there will quote u a different price and say your wrong. There employee sold me a phone and did not put everything on the plan THAT I PAID FOR and said no we will not give me insurance it's my fault that it's not on my plan. That's Ridiculous. Ile say it again DO NOT GO THREW SPRINT, There service is trash and treat you like shit
