I've never had such a bad experience with a company such as this one batteries plus. I came in there to get my screen to my Samsung galaxy s8 fixed instead they broke something on the inside of my phone where it wouldn't work it kept doing a ghost touch and then it shut it self off.. When i pointed out something was wrong with my phone they insisted thats normal and tried to rush me out of the store. Then they said it's caused from a bad screen which it wasn't and then put another screen on it to finally come to that they broke it.. And yeah they replaced my phone but they also lied to me, changing what they said over and over, like for one you don't tell the customer your going to replace the phone plus give them a full refund...And then don't give the refund... Also i was out 8 days without a working phone... This place is a joke such as there "We Fix It" on the outside of the building on the windows and on the sign inside such bull s***t more like " We F**k it Up" and replace what we broke and still take your money for it.. I didn't pay them for a s**t job where they break it... Honestly dont take your phone to this place to get your screen fixed you get ripped off...

Great customer service. Cracked my iPhone screen, had some trouble with the first screen replacement, brought it back and they fixed it at no charge. Phone is working perfectly. These guys know their stuff and will take care of you until you're satisfied. Thanks guys!

They had the batteries I needed at a great price!  I got 10% off for ordering online and picking up in store.  They even helped me load the 6 golf cart batteries!  Extremely helpful and customer centered staff.

I thought I was actually ordering from a dropshipper, but I was surprised to learn that the order was through the Kennewick store. You mailed it to me without charge, which I really appreciate. The next time we need batteries we will come directly to the store. I appreciate the great service. Thank you.

My car battery died and I needed a fix in a hurry.  I went to Batteries Plus online and found that I could order the battery there and they would do the install.  Once I ordered the battery I was notified within a few minutes that the battery was in stock and ready for pickup.  I was able to start the car using a battery charger and upon arrival at the store they installed the new battery within a few minutes and I was on my way.  I also received a 10 percent discount for purchasing the battery online.  I big thumbs up from me.
