Employees here are great. I got my xbox one s from here and haven't had any issues since then, early 2016. I also got a great discount on a Minecraft torch. I plan on coming back for a one x.

This is hands-down the worst game store I’ve ever been in. There were four employees working with almost no one in the store and I wasn’t addressed for more than five minutes while I collected items and set them on the counter for me to purchase. I was treated with horrendous attitude the entire time and was refused basic service requests such as a bag or box to carry my over hundred dollar purchase of many items. It was a clearance sale and I was given guff by the employees and told that they wouldn’t sell to me because I was buying so much of the product. Isn’t that the point of retail? To sell your wares?

Considering that my past experiences with GameStop have been...less than inspiring, it was a pleasant surprise how nice this store is! Came with a trade in that I was worried would be a painful process but it went quite smoothly! They have a great selection and I was very impressed by Joshua, who has obvious knowledge and passion for games and gave some good recommendations.

No one told me that the midnight release was available for pickup from 9-9:15pm so I came ealier to get my pre-order ready for pickup and since I didn't know I came that night at 9:30 and they were closes already. So I came again the night after and apparently I need to talk to the manager because they don't know if I actually took the game. If I had known previously all of this could've been avoided. Terrible service. Waste of gas and my time.
