Adam, the "sleep expert", was relaxed, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He was also very good at multi-tasking, and didn't hover. We readily found precisely what we wanted in a bed frame and a king-sized mattress, with lots to choose from. The mattress delivery guys arrived on time, and not only assembled our new bed, but also moved our adjustable bed to another bedroom, and removed a spare mattress and box spring. Mattress Nation Santa Cruz is very accommodating and efficient.

I worked with Ryan to get a mattress for my boyfriend and I. He was able to find us the perfect mattress that fit our needs and budget without lowering the quality requirements we desired. The delivery crew was amazing! I wasn't home when they arrived to deliver. They called a couple times and waited until we were there to let them in. Extremely patient and helpful staff! Go there for any mattress or furniture needs and you'll leave happy!

Mattress arrived in great condition and on time. Had issues with delivery of a bed frame, but Ryan quickly addressed the problems. I love my new bed!

My mom and I went in to the Santa Cruz store and the young gentleman who helped us was filling in for someone who was sick. This young man who helped us usually works as a supervisor in the Watsonville warehouse. He was awesome, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. My mom and I walked out after she purchased a top of the line bed with all of the bells and whistles. I recommend this store if you want the best.
