Rather disappointed in my experience here.  First did an online order request, the item wasn't pulled (even though I got the e-mail saying it was ready, but as it's a small store, I can forgive this).  Second the salesman kept trying to get me to get things I didn't want.  Third the item had active dirt along most of the ridges (it was a used controller), now I understand scratches, etc, but take 10 minutes and a q-tip and clean it before selling it.  The item works fine, so no complaints there.

I've been to a lot of game stops and this location is always clean and organized. I don't get back much for my trade ins but they take everything I want to get rid of. Super helpful and fun to talk to the staff.

Only reason it is 2 stars instead of one is he was nice about it but I go to the other Fort Collins Gamestop and they bought 3 of my controllers....and they recommend I take the others to there other location in Fort Collins...So I drive up there wasting gas cause I get there and I am told that they took a couple in before and that this specific brand they sold some and they were returned for not working.... 1. Your other store took them... 2. TEST WHAT YOU TAKE IN! IT TAKES 2 SECONDS TO PLUG IT IN AND MOVE THE JOYSTICKS AND PRESS BUTTONS.... 3. Just cause one person sells you broken controllers doesn't make it the brands fault...
