Purchasing a MAC or related accessories is one thing. That can be done in many places equally well. What distinguishes The MAC Shack is the unequaled support. Over the past several years, I have gone to them multiple times with questions about my MAC. They are knowledgeable  and prompt in answering questions and guiding me toward solutions...on the spot. They have never charged me for the times I have asked questions and gotten help. They are a unique business. For this alone, I would recommend everyone make their purchases there!

Giving a 3 because they were super helpful last year.  Today I called...I spilled some water close to the keyboard of my laptop... might have gotten in..not sure.  Guy says come in we will take a look at it.  When I get there another guy tells me they can look at it but it will take 10 to 12 days.  And wow, we have this used one much like yours we can sell you for $1800 and we can transfer your data.  The whole thing felt like a bait and switch...dissapointing to say the least.  And he was just not friendly or helpful.

Professional and honest people who help find the most affordable option for their customers. While my MacBook was being repaired, I was regularly communicated with and every step of the process was explained in detail. It felt good to not feel like I was being overcharged or pressured into sales. Thanks!

We have several different Mac products (routers, iPads, laptops, desktops and hard drives) and only trust the Mac Shack. They are always, always friendly, eager to help and can always help us with any of our Mac needs. We have since only purchased our computers from Mac Shack and continued to recommend this place to any other Mac lovers.
