Walmart always needs help with their employees attitudes and helpfulness. Employees act like you are invisible, and this is in any Walmart. Doesn't bother me unless I can't find something. The should really revamp their training on customer service. If they are trained they are not using it. Overall clean store, and the Subway located inside is good.

When I checked out, the CSM went and got me a new Lysol wipes as the package I grabbed had been dented & open. Never have I experienced an employee request someone to fetch, nor an employee actually doing something other than the everyday,ordinary duty. This made my experience extraordinarily nice!

Anthony one of the store managers, has great customer service skills! He was very understanding and accommodating to my needs with a purchase that wasn't filled completely! He does a great job and you guys should be lucky to have him as a manager! Thanks again!

Children were scolded by door greater for going to fast to the bathroom. I explained that my seven year old didn't mean to but was about to have an accident. She said she would rather have them pee on the floor. The bathroom was a mess with paper towels and bathroom tissue all over the floor. I told her next time to worry about the bathroom instead of yelling at children. There were other kids running just to run while this all was taki b good place l. She then stuck out her tong made faces at me and noises waiving her hands. I complained to the assistant store manager who confirmed her actions were over the top. When I returned ti exit the original associate and to others had congregated by the door and we're high fiving each other. I worked retail for many years to know the way this icident took place is not okay.

Clean and have a big variety of stuff. But Walmart is Walmart, you rarly find educated help that if you can find any.
