Racist and Rude, Terrible service, literally was giving a lower rate for my Xbox because I was black. Told me he could only give me 3$ for a black Xbox 360 a game and a controller with HDMI chord. I asked him that's impossible then packed up my stuff. A gentlemen walked in after me with a Xbox 360 just the Xbox and received 40$

Waited in line while cashier lady gossiped with customer. I get it, you want to talk about games, but maybe take care of the customers in line first. Taking my business elsewhere.

Last time I went to a GameStop was a long time ago and I vowed never to buy games at GameStop again. I broke that vow a week ago when I walked in looking for a game. Not only did they have the game I was looking for, it was at a decent price and the employee didn't try to push any sales on me. I simply walked in grabbed what I wanted and left.

I know they do trade ins for credit, but it blows me away that this company doesn't even try to match prices on some of their more expensive accessories. staff is always helpful though!
