Go the 47th street and Palmdale sprint near Vallarta it's so much better because you get better customer service ask for Allan or Armand or yamilex

I was in the mall at 4:23 pm on a Monday afternoon. The screen was pulled down almost all the way. Two employees were standing there so I asked if they were closed. I was told yes we are closed. I went back that way 30 mins later after doing some more shopping and it was open. This is bad business and this store lost my business. If the store was going to be opened back up later the same day I should have been asked to come back in a certain amount of time. Or told a time it was to be opened again. Seeing the hours on the website,its suposed to be open till 8:00 pm. Something needs to be fixed...I wouldn't suggest the store to anyone.

Lost my phone in the mall. I went straight to the sprint store. They could have told me to go home and track it, but They went above and beyond to help me find my phone. Even walking with me to where [find my iPhone] showed it was at, so that way the lady at the store could send the alert when we were there.They have EXCELLENT customer service.
