Made appt.  Got right in.  Asked about program we saw got answers.  Got new phones.  Moved everything over.  Great service.  If you don't like what you got try Sprint.  Try this store.

After deciding to switch to Sprint from Verizon Wireless (I've been a VZW customer for 10+ years) we stopped by this store to get the transfer accomplished. First of all, the staff there was incredible. Harley and Bill were so polite and helpful as we sat there for a few hours, trying to get some kinks ironed out. They accommodated us with anything that we requested and even went above and beyond. Mark, who is the Indirect Sales Manager, just happened to be there the time that we were and absolutely made us a priority and was so professional. He's a true example of being a man who is all about customer service. A huge thank you to the Employees of Sprint who are managed by Mark. You guys were great and made my first experience with Sprint a very memorable one. I'm happy to be a part of the Sprint Community.

My visit today was exceptional because Miranda helped me with several complicated issues. Miranda is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and unusually patient. Her help relieved my mind and made using my Note 5 enjoyable and productive again. Her expertise  is greatly appreciated.
