Friendly group of people on staff but the floor was a disaster. Came across a number of products that were shelved above the wrong label. $80+ Klein electrician's backpack positioned above it's neighbor's label, which displayed a price 40% lower than its actual cost. There were more 3/4" conduit couplers in the 1/2"  coupler box than 1/2" couplers. This caused me to waste a lot of time digging through boxes of connectors just to gather the small variety that I needed. Unfortunately, these are only a few examples. If they organize the store before my next visit, I'll rate them 5 stars.

I want to commend appliance specialist, Wilda Powers, for being a STAR employee. She provided exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond. I appreciate her overall kindness and  going the extra mile to assist me with my transaction.

I went to this Home Depot to make some extra house keys today, but, ended up not accomplishing what I set out to do.   Even though someone acknowledged me there and asked me to wait, in fact, he paged for help couple of times, but, still no one came through.

Good Home Depot. Plants aren't well taken care of but employees are friendly and helpful and the store has a good selection.

I received very poor customer service on the evening of 9/7/2017 between 9:15p and 9:45p from the appliance specialist in the kitchen department. This associate was very rude and unprofessional not to mention, taking personal phone calls while keeping my mother and I waiting for 30 minutes, only to end up saying that she couldn't help us. This associate needs to learn manners and should know better not to blatantly ignore or disregard customers. I am extremely disappointed.
