Horrible experience. ***PLEASE READ ENTIRELY***They billed me for work they didn't do. I even had email correspondence as evidence. The office refused to work with me and I ended up in small claims. On that date there were 2 other people waiting for arbitration with this company. The office manager is a grown up high school bully who I actually had to file a police report on after she showed up to my house uninvited. This all occurred after they jerked me around on their first quote. Original job they were out for took 4 months to complete!!!

If I could give one star I would.  The woman who answers the phone is, perhaps, the most rude individual I have even encountered.  They aren't taking new customers and they are unwilling to make a suggestion of anyone else who might be able to service our heating.

Had these people clean my furnace 2 years in a row then switched to  a local oil company ,when he came to clean it told me it had never been done because of all the soot bildup. So find someone with 4 stars or better rating

Went here to buy parts for a plumbing repair.  Very knowledgeable service and talked with a real plumber.  Got the right part the first time and got the job done.

I had to give 1 star, If I could've given "0" I would have.
Called for service, person who answered was rude and did not want to help me since I wasn't already a customer.
