Pretty big parking lot. Can accommodate any size of truck or boat. Friendly staff. Prices are acceptable.

We used Gateway storage a few years ago when we had our Fifth Wheel toy hauler and we are now placing our Class A there.  The 24 hour access is very helpful when planning a trip as we can stop by the night before after traffic has died down to stock the rig.  This lot is well lit unlike others and they separate the commercial storage from the recreational/private storage making the private area less prone to dust.  I'm hoping one day they can get power to the spaces so that the fridge can be chilled before departure but its still by far the top storage space in the DC area.

Buyer beware, if you are looking for a short term stay, look elsewhere.  I should have read yelp reviews. They used the term 'pro-rate' to deliberately confuse their termination policy. The front desk woman repeatedly stated they do not pro-rate on the way out; okay keep the money for the month we are in, not take an additional month.  It’s not pro-rating if you take the end of the month PLUS an additional month.  That is not pro-rating anything, that is stealing money.  They say it's clear, but use unclear terminology.  For example, if you call on the first or second of the month you get to pay for two months.

Park my tractor trailer there. It's very safe and location is perfect.
