Absolutely horrible experience. I never write reviews, but I need other renters to be warned that this branch of the company is completely immoral. Worked with Long and Foster rental agent, Dylan Farrish, to rent a home in palmyra. The entire long and Foster management team in this area was completely unprofessional. We lived in a house for 3 months without working ac in the upstairs bedrooms. Problem was never fixed effectively. No maintenence issue was ever effectively addressed other than just buying ac units that needed to be installed into the siding of the outside of the house but were never actually installed. I can't say enough how bad this experience has been.
