I recently sold my rental townhouse property through the Sasha Farmer team. The fact that I was an absentee landlord living in another state made the situation more complicated. Sasha and her team's expertise, advice, and attention to detail made the entire process, from listing through closing, virtually effortless. Special recognition and thanks goes to Josh White, who took care of every aspect of getting the property ready for closing! I highly recommend the Sasha Farmer team!

Our experience with the Sasha Farmer Team was the epitome of professionalism from beginning to end. The initial meeting with Sasha and Errin was very comprehensive, covering all of the details of how the home would be marketed and what to expect. When we received an early offer on the property, the negotiations went smoothly and we were soon under contract. It was at this time that team member, Josh White, became involved. His role was to orchestrate the myriad details involved in completing the sale, and he did so with speed, accuracy and an engaging personality.

We can't say enough good things about the company, especially how effective their "team" approach turned out to be. We plan to recommend them highly to our friends and colleagues!

Wow, Just sold my house and it was so EASY.
