Story

In 1927, Charlottesville was introduced to a new way of doing real estate. Roy Wheeler Realty was founded with the philosophy that "service is our most important product." That philosophy stands true today as it was in 1927 when Mr. Roy Wheeler borrowed $300 to open Roy Wheeler Realty on the top floor of the Monticello Drug Store.

Today, more than 88 years later, when people think about Charlottesville real estate, the name “Roy Wheeler” is still the first name that comes to mind.
