Paul was fantastic to work with when my wife and I were looking to buy our first house.  He walked us through each step of the process and never tired of helping to explain our options.  Even more incredible was the way in which Paul made himself available to help.  It seemed like he was always ready to answer questions or go and see a property and he even offered once to meet a contractor who was coming to look at our new house.  His depth of knowledge and experience was evident at every turn and you can tell that his dedication to his clients is sincere.  We simply cannot express enough how much we would recommend him when it comes to buying a home.

Paul was great in helping us to sell our house 2 years ago- he had someone come in and stage the house and take professional photos at no charge. The house was sold before it ever went on the market because he knew of a buyer who might be interested. We were so pleased that we asked Paul to help us find our next home in Cville while we were living out of state. We would find a listing online, express an interest to Paul, and later that day he’d be sending videos from the site. He was fantastic. A great advocate for clients and makes himself available at all hours and at the drop of a hat.

We had a fantastic experience with Paul when he sold our home in Charlottesville.  This was our first experience selling a home, and he was always patient in offering explanations and updates.  With a new baby, a 3-year-old, a husband out of the country, and facing a move to a new state, I was a constant ball of stress, but Paul always managed to talk me down.  We really appreciated his availability and willingness to go above and beyond to make the process as clean as possible.  We'd use him again in a heartbeat if we still lived in Virginia!

Paul is the best realtor out there regardless of your situation. Before we moved to Charlottesville, we needed help finding a place to rent. We had no idea where to start looking, as neither of us were familiar with the area. Paul took the time to give us a tour of Charlottesville and we found a great place to rent and get settled into the city. When we knew we wanted to settle in Charlottesville, we Immediately called Paul and began the more than year long adventure of becoming first-time homeowners. Paul was thorough and patient with us as we navigated the crazy process, he let us ask stupid questions and gave us great answers. He helped us feel confident in the huge decision we were making, and was always quick to text or respond to a call or email when we had questions about the process. Paul is extremely familiar with the area and has a lot of really great connections for all your home-buying (or selling) needs. But I think the best thing about Paul is how easy he is to work with, approachable, trustworthy, and reliable. Never met someone with more integrity. We highly recommend working with Paul and will absolutely do so again in the future.

I have known Paul for a few years now. He is a solid and trustworthy guy. He is very knowledgeable about all things real estate.  I have referred him many times and he has always delivered!   He always puts his clients 1st.  If you are in search of your dream home or a home for you and your family to enjoy many many years in with great school districts etc - Paul is your guy!
