Great little corner market I have been shopping here for years for a little items that I need throughout the month. The staff are all really nice and they are in a convenient location. Easy access with public transportation and has parking for those who drive there.

Neighborhood store.

Pluses: clean; decent selection of goods; nice weekly specials on meat & produce; actual meat department with real butchers.

Minuses: produce looks fresh enough, but goes off quickly, so don't expect it to keep; staff competence can vary widely, some are great but others... (I once purchased 4 items and was overcharged on EVERY SINGLE ONE--had to practically drag the checker over to each display and point out the posted price).

Reasonable prices on most stuff. Produce is cheaper than local Pak N Sav, meats about the same or a little higher (but better quality), other groceries a little pricier which is to be expected in a smaller store.

My favorite neighborhood super market. Used to be called Gateway Supermarket once upon a time. Awesome staff

I normally don't shop here but my car is in shop and it is close. I'd say unless you can't get to Pak n Save, Trader Joes, etc. the only reason to shop would be meat counter. They have traditional butcher meat counter with items you might not find at grocery stores mentioned. Prices are too high for other items and selection limited.
