Had a car towed there and was there a few days and called 1st two days to find out what was wrong witn my car and hadn't looked at, third or 4tn day called witn a estimate what migjt be wrong with car, way to much for me, so called at least 4 or 5 times to talk to mechanic and lady that answered each time would not let me talk to him and said he would tell me same as her teeling.me, all I wanted to talk to mechanic that that looked at my car instead of some women telling that had no idea about my car

Our first experience with this shop was great. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. On a Monday evening after work, our vehicle wouldn't start and we had it towed to this shop for an assessment and repair. We spoke with a lady on Tuesday morning who confirmed that our car was at the shop and that they would get back to us with a repair estimate after they looked at it. As this is the only vehicle we have for transportation and the emergency nature of the tow, we assumed that we'd get an answer of some kind before the end of the business day. Another call was made at 3 pm on Tuesday afternoon to get an update. The lady who answered patiently explained that the shop was unusually busy with pre-scheduled repairs and that they'd get to our vehicle as soon as possible. We expressed our understanding of the situation and just asked that we be updated as soon as possible given the emergency nature of the breakdown. Tuesday evening passed and we received no further communication from the shop. On Wednesday morning, we called around 9:30 to ask for an update since none had been given before close of business on Tuesday. We were told that they wouldn't even be looking at the vehicle until Friday to diagnose the problem. I told the lady I spoke with that another employee had advised that the car would be worked in b/t scheduled repairs so that we could at least find out what the problem was. I was then transferred to that lady. I asked her why our vehicle wasn't even scheduled to get a diagnostic assessment until Friday since it had been towed there Monday evening, and if anything could be done to expedite the process of finding out the problem with the car. I also expressed puzzlement as to why we didn't receive an update before the end of business on Tuesday so we could make alternate repair plans since they didn't even plan to get it on the rack until Friday. The lady insinuated that I was demanding that pre-scheduled customers be bumped so that we could receive priority treatment. I told her that we simply wished to get accurate information about the condition of the vehicle as soon possible and would appreciate not having to just sit back and wait, wondering if/when repairs would actually be performed. She was non-commital on making any timeline revision which would alter the assigned Friday date despite the emergency nature of our situation. After I got off the phone with her, I received a call from a lady who identified herself as the manager of the shop. Clearly agitated, she angrily re-asserted that their shop would not bump their pre-scheduled clients in order to look at our car. I explained that we didn't want them to jilt any of their customers, but that we at least needed to know what was wrong with the car before Friday so that any necessary repairs could be undertaken before the weekend or the beginning of next week. I emphasized the obvious fact that we were without a vehicle and just needed to get it fixed as soon as we could. I told her that AAA had towed the vehicle there based on their good reputation working with our particular brand but that we didn't expect that we wouldn't even have an answer by Friday let alone a repair especially since the car had been dropped off Monday evening. This observation led to another accusation that I was demanding that they stiff pre-scheduled customers. I demanded nothing of the kind, but expressed disappointment that a Friday repair date wasn't at least communicated before the end of the day on Tuesday so that alternative repair options could have been explored sooner. I was told that they never promised to get back to me before closing but that the only promise which had been made was a call as to the nature of the car's problem after it was looked at which would be Friday. I was also told that if I didnt like it, I could arrange to have it towed elsewhere. All of this information was communicated with utmost rude hostility. The mechanics are great but the staff is awful. Don't pay to be insulted. Go Schiller's.

This is definitely a "5-Star" group of mechanical experts. They are knowledgeable, efficient, tenacious in finding your problem and most definitely fair in pricing. The location is easy to find from Lexington to Nicholasville.
