ORS has done work for me and my family for about 20 years now, maybe longer than that. Any kind of body work or paint they are the ones! Good work takes patience, if you're looking for fast and careless work, you better go to Lexington. Odie has honest prices and honest work. I'll never take my car, and none of my family will ever take any of their cars anywhere else, because Odie won't hustle you, he'll tell you how it is. You don't like it, go to Lexington, overpay for substandard work. ORS has done body kits, numerous paint jobs, custom work, and simple power windows fixing very fast on our vehicles and the quality lasts. If you're an impatient person, maybe you should work on your own car? Or pay double what you would at another body shop. Thank you ORS for being the great shop you are, I and my family look forward to giving you years of work!

David and the ORS Staff have always provided the absolute best service experience as well as the quality work one would expect when getting a repair. The reputation that ORS Autobody and Collision has in the community is spectacular. Family owned with the right values in place to ensure you get service on all aspects of your repair. Absolutely ZERO issues with ORS and I would take everything I own, now and in the future to David. If you had an issue.......it's likely you expected something you were not charged for to start with. They are honest people that work hard to make these situations right. I highly suggest this place for all your repair needs. You will not be disappointed.

The Webb team revived the paint on a car for me and did an outstanding job.  I was very impressed by their work.

Went to pick up my car and the paint looked awful.  Their employee stated that it had not been buffed.  They kept my car another two days.  I picked it up and returned it the next day because the door would not lock.  They kept it another two days.  I went to get it and the owner acted like I had offended them by their horrible work.  The paint still looks bad and there is a noticeable chip in the door.  The owner acted like I offended his mother and huffed and puffed like he wanted to fight in the parking lot.  He then took pictures because the work was awful and said his brother would call me, but of course he didn't. There are to many places to go here.
