It was past Friday, near closing time when a young woman said she could put a tire on the rim for my husband. Then she says, "Oh, but I can't do it today. I'm tired and ready to leave," and told him to come back on Monday. REALLY??!! So much for customer service.. I don't recommend this business to anyone expecting excellent customer service.

I had a screw in my rear tire. Past experience tells me don't pull the screw out. So when I went in, Tom the manager  got a guy to take the tire off. He  was puzzled as well. The screw in the tire looked bad. But it hadn't pieced the tire. So I ask Tom want I owed them he said  not a dime. So I ask him could I give the young man ten dollars for tip .He said Sure, I'm very pleased with Our Katie s  Nicholasville, ky . the second time this year I've been in the store and need tires or brakes. I'm going to Katies.

Don't use the Nicholasville branch. My mother was given two appointments and told the tires would be there when she arrived. She traveled 30 minutes, both times, for them not to have the tires on site. The first time was sent home and the second had to wait a long time. The website states the time spent waiting is typically 10 minutes to an hour. She has already been there for 2 1/2 hours and the car is still sitting in the parking lot.
