been there twice when I had major bike issues. The guys here are awesome. Hooked me up with a good deal both times. One time even giving me some old used parts instead of making me buy new.

Gears & Grinds is the best bike shop in downtown Kingston. Aarron's level of product knowledge and customer service is second to none!

Every time I stopped into Gears and Grinds, Aaron was happy to answer any questions that I had, and was eager to help me find solutions to simple problems as a student on a cheap mountain bike. Customer service here is incredible - Aaron even gave me a free bike seat when I had mine stolen, after helping me order in a custom seat post. They're always willing to take the extra mile, expecting nothing in return. Incredible and valued part of the Kingston community.

Was looking for a discount road bike for over six months but I couldn't find one in my price range. I decided to do last round of cold calling and got Aaron at Gears & Grinds.

Firstly - he was the first professional I spoke to that genuinely cared about getting me a bike that fit me properly. He took some rough measurements over the phone and dialed in to his supplier's stock, then had me drop in to take some exact measurements and narrow down the fit. Ultimately he found me a last-last-year's model bike at a hefty discount in a warehouse. Ordered, assembled and fitted in seventy-two hours. Thanks Aaron!
