Went to Genesis after hearing about a Valentine's promotion on the radio. The promotion was terrible but the service my girlfriend and I received  was awesome. Our sales guys name is Ashwin. He was very polite and made us feel welcome. I purchased her engagement ring and she loves it. Great experience all around.

Genesis Diamonds offers absolutely unparalleled customer service. The staff helped us choose the perfect rings in a friendly, professional environment. They even expedited the engraving of my husband's ring - coordinating with the parent company in Germany to get it accomplished seamlessly. We could not have asked for a better experience, and the final product was stunning.

Wherever you go these days wether it be a salesman or waitress, people don't seem to really care about the service they provide you or their job in general. My experience at Genesis diamonds today was not the case! My guy Kevin was extremely pleasant to work with from the moment i walked in the door. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease the entire time in the store. He helped me find the perfect ring for that special someone in my life! Thank you Kevin, you have a customer for life!

I heard about Genesis Diamonds on the radio and decided to see for myself if their diamonds and staff were truly top knotch. After my initial visit I was confident in picking them to buy my engagement ring. Dave in particular did an excellent job of going over dozens of options of what I wanted to get without even knowing a price range. He was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me into buying. It took 3 visits for me to find and buy the ring I wanted to propose with.
