Helped me for an hour picking out several things. Very patient and all together probably saved a few thousand dollars compared to my estimates shopping around. Came back again a month later and got some more help with a very cool custom bra and shoe idea I had using diamonds and some matching gem stones that went perfectly with a rose gold links and a bracelet that matches the rings and necklace from earlier and grouped it for a great surprise I planned for a present. Had a lot of fun spending a lot of money and knew it was worth it and actually saved some. Been back almost every time I'm in town.

UPDATE: this store location will close and relocate to Kenwood Towne Centre later in 2018. There is Tiffany and then there is, well Tiffany. Conveniently located across Fountain Square, the staff are professional with no pressure to buy. The jewelry is exquisite and they offer an array of unique gift items - any of which come in that wonderful Tiffany blue box and bag.

Biggest Ripoff Company in the world and yet they manage to stay in business. Every time my wife buys me something from there I take it back and get a similar item for about 50-75% less!

Wonderful, fantastic customer service. I stopped in today with a couple of rings I had received as gifts. One was the wrong size and another was a duplicate of something I already have. Not only did they gladly help me, but they went the extra mile with tracking down a hard to find item. While one of the items i wanted wasnt there in my size they kindly offered to have it shipped to my house from another store. They cleaned some of the jewelry I was wearing and were knowledgeable about older items (which I happened to be wearing)... always nice when someone recognizes and appreciates some of my older pieces. I would not hesitate to go back. This was my second trip to this particular store. Susanne was my rep and she was a delight.
