I just had a new heating system installed in my home (Veissmann propane forced hot water system).  Plumb It had a very competitive (best) price and the job was done on schedule.  I enjoyed having Rob and Trevor working in my home and the quality of work was superlative.  Rob Greene is a master plumber.  I would recommend Plumb It as a high quality operation and will use them again.  fast forward to the frozen New year 2018 - I had a frozen pipe.  Rob and Trevor got the heat back on just a few hours after I called them.  Excellent service!

We had a situation where there was mis-communication with Plumb-It.  When I brought this situation to their attention, they moved to work with me to resolve.  In addressing the issue, I also found that I missed a key phone call from them which would have more easily resolved the situation.  I own that and apologize for any gap.

Plumb-It worked with me to resolve the situation and I would ask them to do work for us again.  I would recommend them to anyone else as well.

I can't say enough good about Rob Greene and Plumb-It. We recently had a plumbing emergency and Rob dropped what he was doing and came right out and fixed the problem. And despite the fact that it wasn't the most pleasant of plumbing problems he handled it with humor and professionalism. He's responsive, reliable, highly skilled, detail oriented and an all-around great guy.

If you need plumbing or heating work done, Rob's your guy.
