The Women Veterans Office Director was very kind and passionate about helping me find solutions. She answered every question I had and pointed me in the right direction for the additional information I needed. Everyone else in the office I came in Contact with was courteous as well. They seemed very genuine.

This place is NIGGAVILLE! You will get not one iota from these losers. You'll have to gather all documents on your own, while they sit on their butts taking credit. Watch YouTube to learn how to submit a claim yourself. Might as well since you gathered all the paperwork.

These guys fail to return phone calls in a timely manner. On certain days they just take their phone off the hook. this place isn't very busy so there should not be any reason for their choices of ignoring individuals with legitimate concerns. Veterans need help and if the staff is short then hire extra employees. I will not name names but, one of the staff members are very arrogant. At the end of the day when these guys do decide to adhere to work ethics and concerns of others they will complete the task however, its the inconsistency that bothers me. 2 hour lunch breaks are ridiculous so consider others needs before yours. Just because you're paid by the Government does not mean you can lack work ethics. Put others before yourself. Quit being nasty.
