Excellent experience! I needed to have a lot of work done on my vehicle, and Zach made sure my repairs were done in a timely manner, as well and kept me up to date on the whole process and made sure the car was in perfect condition when I got it back.  The car looked amazing when I got it back and I will definitely recommend them and go to them for any future service. Very satisfied customer!

I found my new home away from home! No one ever wants to be in any kind of accident. But in these difficult times you want it to be easy and people to keep their word! Zach does that plus so much more. Goes above and beyond! Great customer service and that's not something I say easy!! This should be your 1st choice always.

I am of of the most PICKEST customers in the world, and I dreaded having someone re paint the bumper on my 2017 mercedes benz. I had a horrible experience with another body shop when, I first bought my car after someone tapped the right cover on my bumper last year. Someone chipped off the paint on the cover on my bumper only 2 months after, I bought it. I took it to another body shop, and they made it even worse having to re paint my bumper TWICE! So when someone hit my  left rear corner of my bumper THIS TIME my nerves where horrible. I looked at 8 different shops online, and made a decision to go with this body shop. Now I was very clear that, I didn't want any TRASH in my paint, indention's, nor a bad paint job like the last body shop. I was told that my car would be available and ready to pick up on 2-2-2018. So when I went to go pick my car up on 2-2-2018, I saw that they did mess up  on my bumper where there where a few trash spots in the paint, a small indention, and the entire bumper wasn't thoroughly painted.  I was EXTREMELY upset, but Mr. Zach the owner took care of it for me. He had them re paint and re buff my bumper to perfection! It is sooooooooo smooth,  polished perfectly, the paint look great, and they fixed what they did mess up. There is a little wrinkle in the paint  like the texture of a orange peel in the left rear corner no bigger than a dime, that I noticed. Mr. Zach told me to bring it back in 3-4 weeks so they can buff it out then wash it for me. In all honesty nobody can see it, but me lol I know, I know, I have 20/20 vision, and I see everything. lol The thing is Mr. Zach didn't complain about it, and told me he is going to take care of it. I was sooooooooooooooooo happy, and excited that they cared about me as a customer to fix my car with no complaints about it. Mr. Zach made me feel so safe, and secure that this is my official body shop from here on out. They have a LIFETIME WARRANTY on their work, and they all are so friendly here. I LOVEEEEEEEEEEE me some Mrs. Arlene she is one of the receptionist, and she is sooooo sweet/caring. Mr. Zach have some really great employees that work here, and he is HANDS ON with his customers. Most company owners careless about their customers, but Mr. Zach love all of his customers. He truly care about his brand, and I have the upmost respect for him being this way. In Atlanta people will hit your car and keep going. This is the second time somebody have hit my bumper within a year and I still don't know who did it neither time. smh! So if you need a body shop who will take great care of you when somebody damage your vehicle please bring it here! I'm big on customer service and their customer service is SUPERB! Now I have no worries if someone do damage my vehicle, because I'll be yelling MR. ZACH HELPPPPPP ME! lol Then he'll come save the day and take great care of me! Thanks a million Georgia Automotive, I now have a new body shop home. :)

Mark is not a man of his word ! After my wife gave him a shot on work needed on her jaguar he gained our trust & saved a few hundred from a quote by the dealer . I then begain to bring several cars that I owned to him because I thought he was straight up and did good honest work . Was I wrong ! To make a long story short my vehicles would be in his shop for weeks and I would always have to give him a call to get any info on what was going on ! His lines begain to sign identical after the third car we intrusted him which I shouldn't have because my previous car ( red Dodge Ram ) was in there for almost 2 months. He did a lot of talk but wasn't working or in some instances even looking at my cars . I'll skip to the last incident in which the jag overheated ! When it ran hot I was in it and shut it off instantly. I popped the hood crunk it up for a quick second & noticed my fan wasn't spinning . I had it towed to him & didn't mention the fan , just mentioned it ran hot ! He played games for days like he had been searching for the problem but said he was 95 percent certain Our heads were blown & " price will be starting at 4,000 for repairs ! I then decided to take my chances , tow it to the dealer and found out that my cooling fan needed replacing! He confirmed what my gut kept telling me about him . That he was not a man of his word atleast dealing with me !
