Without a doubt, I would say:-
1. They know what they are doing;
2. They are experts in their profession;
3. They are the busiest repair shop among many that I’ve seen;
2.  They are easy on your pocket; meaning, they don’t go emptying your wallet before you catch up with what’s happening;
4. They use only genuine manufacture-approved parts;
5. They use trusted and efficient ancillary partners: for example, if you have a tire problem, they work with trusted tire experts just across the street;
6. And most of all they have abundant spiritual qualities that no one can measure by using a ruler, a gallon measure or a computer. It’s something that you feel inside by looking, communicating, hearing or evaluating their workmanship. [ On NPR I heard of an auto workshop owned and operated by women ONLY. We shall soon be saying ‘workwomanship.’ WHO said we don’t need them?]
Those qualities are
a. They are nice people: just being nice goes a long unmeasurable way;
b. They speak with 100% politeness, also unmeasurable, therefore the figure there simply means an unspoken “Large Amount” were it possible to measure;
c. They just look good and wonderful. Next time you go there, take time to look 👀  👁👁.

So glad I found Ricky Jordan's shop. I give you 10 Stars! After I dropped my Pathfinder off they gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day to get my car. Great service,Great place,Great mechanics and Great folks at the front. Thank you all so very much and I will spread the word that you are the Best Repair shop. Period. Thanks,Janice Doster

I've always disliked trying to find a mechanic. When I found Ricky Jordan's online I was surprised to see so many good reviews so I decided to try it out. Had a great experience, friendly people, great waiting area and they were able to fix my car problems each time.

My wife and I have been back to them about 4 or 5 times now between oil changes, a starter issue, and a broken motor mount. (We have an older car) They have done a good job each time.

We took our Volkswagen to two places before taking it to Ricky's.  Not only could the last place "A shop on Richard Sailers Pkwy" not fix the car...after two days their "Master Mechanic" couldn't even figure out what was wrong with it. Ricky's identified the problem, was fair on the price, and had it finished a week before we thought it would be ready.
