My f350 steers hard and binds up.. I was told “all diesels are like that” I’ve owned diesels of all brands and even the carbon copy of this truck. None of them steered like this. Probably the pump or gearbox which is why it wasn’t fixed.. it’s not cheap. Very unhappy. Sadly Jeff seemed really cool , but don’t tell me all diesels steer hard..

Good service before and at the time of the sale, vehicle was sold with promise that the navigation would be fixed however they didn't make good on that promise. Navigation still wont work in the $20,000 vehicle.

Great places , I would recommend  them. I'm glad I stopped in to check out the jeep I bought so when I needed I truck two months later naturally  I went there first. In & out quick was nice.

++++WARNING++++  WARNING++++ BOUGHT A BEAUTIFUL FORD F150 THAT TURNED OUT TO BE A PIECE OF JUNK LAWN ORNAMENT FOR APPROX $17,000.00--  WITH AN ADDITIONAL INS POLICY ( 1500.00 ) FOR ENGINE REPAIRS ETC. THE TRUCK WAS MAKING A WEIRD NOISE-WE HAD IT FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 WEEK---WE TOOK IT TO BE EVALUATED AT A FORD DEALERSHIP--MOTOR IS SHOT AND IS NO GOOD-NEEDS A NEW MOTOR-OUR TRUCK HAS BEEN SITTING FOR APPROX 3 WEEKS -PRETTY EXPENSIVE LESSON! THE DEALER WILL NOT COMMIT TO HELPING US OUT IF THEIR INS POLICY DOESN'T COVER IT-SO WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING INCLUDING MOTOR RIP DOWN .
                                    
DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP--THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG-GET A WARRANTY ON ANY VEHICLE THAT YOU PURCHASE FROM THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!  AND DON'T BUY THEIR WORTHLESS INS FOR ENGINE REPAIRS -IT COSTS MONEY TO TEAR THE ENGINE DOWN TO SEE IF THEY WILL EVEN COVER IT( NEARLY AS MUCH AS THE INS POLICY) AND THERE IS A VERY GOOD CHANCE THEY WON'T EVEN COVER IT. THIS DEALERSHIP IS MORE INTO PROTECTING THEMSELVES WITH ALL OF THEIR NO WARRANTY PAPERWORK STATING NO WARRANTY AND OTHER FORMS THAT YOU HAVE TO SIGN THAT PROTECT THEM. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL-THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU--I HAVE NO WAY TO GET TO WORK NOW. I ASKED THEM IF THEY WOULD TAKE IT BACK AND HE SAID WHY WOULD I DO THAT- YOU BOUGHT IT "AS IS" - FIX IT FIRST

Best place to buy a used vehicle! I have bought my past 2 vehicles there. Everyone is very friendly and the prices are fair.
