One the Best hospitals in Arizona. Door to doc in minutes. We were greeted promptly and lucky enough to see the man himself. Dr. Johns bedside manor and communication was above par. 

You can see the love and passion in his eyes. This is the real deal people. 

When you're in need of medical help, this ED or ER as some would call it. Is the fastest and most caring medical facility on Gilbert. 

I brought my pride and joy, my daughter in to Gilbert Hospital and as a father and a protective one at that. I would not take my family anywhere else if given the choice. 

From the nursing staff, techs and admin. This emergency center has it right! 

Trust.

Last time I visit this emergency room. Waited almost an hour, finally saw a doctor for three minutes who promised he would help me feel better then  sent me back to waiting room for another 2 and a half hours. I finally walked out sick as can be. They never even collected my insurance info while I was there. I now have received two bills for over a thousand dollars. Beware, this place really does not care about you or if you are in pain.

I brought my daughter to the ER and everyone was absolutely wonderful from the helpful woman at the front desk to the nurses in the back. Great experience!

I asked 2x if they're in network for BCBS and front desk rep stated yes we are in network for ALL BCBS plans. Which is a lie. They're only in network for AZ plans. FYI doctors all bill separate so you will receive different bills.

Careful people! If you ask if they accept your insurance and they say yes that doesn't mean that the doctor that they assign you to will accept your insurance. CROOKS!
