This Inn was very inviting , and comfy cozy. We had a queen size bed ,and we were on the first floor. We were near the kitchen and dining area. But we didn't hear a thing. The breakfast was delicious!! Tom and  Morgan introduced themselves and were delightful! The only thing I'd recommend is pillows to be thicker. So I would rate it 4.8 stars! We will be back!!!

Wonderful experience!!!. We had the suite in the cottage and it was very clean and the fireplaces and jacuzzi made the experience that much more romantic. Staff was very accommodating and very polite. There was a full breakfast and the pancakes were delicious. They are a pet friendly establishment and even though we didn't bring our puppy this time, we will the next time we visit. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and it's about a 15 min. walk from all the stores and restaurants. We plan to visit again in warmer weather.

Pleasant!!!  Wonderful to meet a family that is so welcoming.   The room was sweet.   Knew  us by names.   Breakfast was great and filling .  Helped with things to do!  Malt had a great dinner and desert!   25 year celebration was how we like it !   Quiet, private, and relaxing!

Beech Tree Inn is a jewel. Rooms were homey and quiet. We stayed in the main house on the bottom floor and loved it. Four steps to a wonderful breakfast... Omelets, French toast and baked goods were excellent, as was the coffee. Nice pergola patio area to enjoy a glass of wine. Rooftop was nice too. We enjoyed our evening port and sherry in the parlor as well. Had nice chats with other guests. Parking is a big plus if bringing a car..... Downtown parking is tough but Morgan gave insiders tip on where to park when enjoying downtown area and it worked very well. Morgan and all staff were great. They gave us great tips for enjoying the area. Area is great....easy access to mansions. Morgan was a good sport too. Personal touch made the stay!

I enjoyed my stay here. Clean rooms comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast. Host is very friendly and inviting. Excellent service.
