Order was scheduled to arrive between 7:24 and 7:34. Called in at 7:44 to find out where the order was and was told to please wait another 5-10 minutes. Food got here in 5. However the deep dish pizza had been tilted and the toppings had slid to one side. The garlic bread was ice cold. And the tiramisu had mold on it!!! Called and talked to Melissa the manager who told me that the tiramisu had just been taken out of the freezer so there should be no way it could be moldy. I offered to bring it in to her so she could see it herself. She said she would take my word for it. She did credit our order but I will not be going back.

I was in the area for a work conference and decided to come here on lunch. Big mistake. Our waitress was very rude and condescending. We told her our drinks tasted like pure carbonation. She insisted that we just didn't like their drinks and don't like Pepsi products. Which is not the case, having worked in restaurant establishments before I know that the soda needed to be changed. She never checked on us. Became quite aggravated whenever we asked for anything. We asked to split the bill, she went on to say she could only split it into 3 which was fine but when she gave the check it was all on one and she didn't change it. Even though we expressed that it was fine splitting it. At the end my coworker confronted her on why she was so rude and she insisted that's how she always talks and kept denying being rude in anyway. We expressed that she made us feel all uncomfortable and made the dining experience terrible. She never apologized nor did she offer to bring out the manager (which is what you're supposed to do when you have multiple upset customers). She did not wear a name tag so unfortunately I cannot leave her name but this was definitely the worst dining experience I've ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. Food was great but service is definitely not there.

Returned to Chicago to visit family, and had to bring my husband (from New York) to the best place for Chicago 🍕.
He thoroughly enjoyed it, so much that before leaving to head back home he wanted to stop back and get some.

Nice little pizza place.  Slow service. Food is good seems pricey for the amount.

Awesome service.....I visit regularly for the lunch special......my pizza and soup is always hot, freshly prepared, and so delicious.
