One of the worst drive through experiences of my life.... 7people working the place at 8 pm no one is ahead of me in the drive thru. I was made to wait 15 mins at the window for a order of nine pic chicken rings and 2 sliders ... what I got was rings missing pieces as if taken a bite off and sliders not even full cooked they even forgot the sauce . I am a very sympathetic person who has worked in the service industry myself but this broke my thresholds . Now I have a half cooked disgusting meal sitting in front of me..btw I was asked to pull over to the side for another 10 mins whilst they chatted around and tried to look busy doing nothing . I have seen 2 people run food trucks function better. If the management of this establishment is reading ...hire better people who value customers or shut this place down cause ur staff is slowly doing that for you already ...actually serves me right for choosing White Castle over anything else

This Matteson, IL White Castle is open 24 hours. It has been clean on each of my visits. I like the sausage egg & cheese breakfast sandwich because it tastes homemade. Very good coffee at a reasonable price. I have yet to use the app that allows user to pre-order and set your preferred pickup time.

Food is cool but the drive through has always been very slow.
