Every time I have went here they have given me horrible food.
Then once you tell them your foods not right the only thing they say is sorry 
My chicken was to be well done but was soft and soggy. So I ask them to drop it for well done they let the cashier drop my food and then she mix all the flavors together and then re gave it to me and puts differ flavor on the chicken.and the general manager Mario  is horrible rude they said they will replace a previous order but they didn't keep there word . I will never go back I only went back because the chick who claims to be the assistant general manager sAid he fired all the old workers and they now have new cooks and better ppl clearly she lied you go there u gone regret it

So first time trying the one in matteson what a disappointment I mine as well have asked for 30 plain wings it's barely coated in any seasoning.....well I guess I'll got find something else to eat because I really wanted hot wings not plain wings highly disappointed a wast of 51 bucks for 20 of 40 wings to have little to no seasoning 👿

Best fries and they give you plenty. I wish they had lids for the beverages though. You have to try the garlic parmesan wings.
