This has to be the most unprofessional establishment ever. I called to place an order and they put me on hold for over 35 minutes. Unfortunately, they didn’t know the level of my pettiness on this particular day. I drove to the restaurant; while still being on hold and asked to speak to the manager. When I spoke to the manager he insisted that this could never happen. So I politely pulled out my phone and place it on speaker for him to hear. Boy did his attitude change and yes my order will be 50% off. Might I add that there was not a customer in sight. It’s a shame that businesses will provide substandard services and think that it’s ok!!! Wait a

I placed an online order tonight at 4:40pm. I was alerted at 5:42pm that my pizza was out for delivery. Waited until 6:27pm, and still no one showed up. I called the store and was told there was a glitch in the system where online orders were not coming through properly and that it would be another 30 mins before my pizza arrived. At 6:57pm I was alerted that my pizza was out for delivery, but yet again another half hour passed with no one showing up. I called again and asked to speak to a manager at which point I was placed on an 18 min hold. I called back and the manager refused to get on the phone and made their staff member take my complaint. I was told that my order would be canceled and a refund would be issued. About 10 mins later, my pizza was delivered and was cold and looked like it was thrown into the box. Never again will we order from this pizza hut!

*****BAD LOCATION****AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, LATE DELIVERY, COLD FOOD, & POOR MANAGEMENT Ordered food online delivery timeframe given of 30mins. After waiting 20mins after eta I called rep placed me on 10 minute hold, then stating online ordering has a tech issue. No empathy or specific time I should expect food. Total time for food to arrive 1 hour and 30mins. Lazy delivery driver who does not listen to directions. Skip this location all together.

I ordered online and waited 4 hours for my pizza. Within the 4 hours, I called a couple of times to ask for the status of the pizza delivery and both times the worker Shaiquita got my information, put me on hold and told me that the pizza was being made. She obviously lied to me and told me that it would be at my office in 35 minutes. Shaiquita was rude and put me on hold 4 times (one of which was for 15 minutes) so that she could get the regional manager information, which she never gave me. I recommend that you call the corporate office if you have any issues.
