The receptionist was cordial and efficient. 2. The salon was clean. 3. The person that washed my hair was attentive. 4.Kevin was wonderful. Months ago I had gotten one of the worst haircuts ever. It has been my experience that with extremely bad haircuts it takes forever for my hair to grow. It was uneven and just plain atrocious..he took time to really look at my hair.. how it grew... where it was uneven...and than cut. Best haircut in over 4 years. 5.In sitting there I observed the other workers, they all efficient . 6. The products they use smell wonderful.

After my go-to stylist of several years left the city to travel the world I was left adrift with no one I really trusted to touch my hair. After sampling many salons across the city I finally came across a place and person I like and will go back to. Kevin is apparently the new guy at Salon Quency but didn't seem like it to me. Very happy with the cut, atmosphere and price of this place.

This place has everything I want in a salon: friendly vibe, gentle and relaxing shampoos, and excellent haircuts! Matt helped me figure out the best, low-maintenance look for my lifestyle and work. He did a fabulous job and I was in and out in under an hour! 5 stars!!

Quency is fantastic and always gives me a polished look. The salon is very welcoming for our whole family -- two dads and a son.

Highly recommend this place. Quincy cut my hair and its one of the best cuts I've gotten ever. I will be a repeat customer.
