My wife and I can't say enough good things about Glacier General store. The owner (Chuck) was very friendly and extremely helpful. We stayed in one of the cabins which was perfect for just the two of us. Very clean and had everything that we needed including a very detailed guide to the area. It was a great experience!

This review is coming one year late, but I can't recommend this place enough. The wooden rooms are large and cozy. Perfect place to crash the night after day hikes in the wilderness. Chuck is a great host. He will explain to you the lay of the land as you get to Glacier, don't hesitate to ask him about hiking trails. Thanks Chuck! Btw be sure to checkout the taco place further down the road.

Our cabin was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is large,and the bed is comfortable. The owner has a great guide put together that has detailed information about the park. It was extremely helpful when we wanted to go on a hike. Since we are a bit older, we appreciated the recommendations. The location is just a few miles outside the park. We were very pleased with our stay, and would definitely return.

Just off a busy highway making the location difficult to make a left turn into. Do not book for more than two people! The third person's bed turns out to be a sagging futon with a very thin mattress. The room was clean but smelled of fried foods.

We stopped at the general store on our way to Glacier Park. The attendant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area.
