Love this place we get food that is not always widely carried. One day we were running late and they didn't have our dogs food. We didn't have time to get to the other location they called the mfg and confirmed an equivalent type and gave us the tiny bag for free to tide us over for the day. They care about their customers and saved the day they also regularly make suggestions for treats and toys that my dog has always enjoyed and never upset her stomach.

The selection is fine, however I always feel like I'm buying pet food from the CIA when I goto checkout.  Did you find what you were looking for?  Have you been here before?  Are you a member?  Would you like to be?  What kind of animal do you have?  What's your phone number?  Postal code?  Email address?  

Seriously, can I just buy pet food without being interrogated?

In my opinion, best place to buy your dog food. Cheaper than any other pet store. They also have free samples to try before buying or changing dog foods. I  believe that they also price match.

The staff is always friendly and helpful here.  They seem knowledgeable about their stock, and are willing to order in certain things of they don't have it in store.

Staff is helpful. They will carry out heavy bags of food and litter. They have a good selection of pet foods and toys.
