TELEPHONE SCENARIO - Was searching for a specific cleaning product that I had in mind to clean up cat urine. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE - Disappointed. I was interrupted several times,  and sensed the lady's tone of voice to be arrogant and 'I know it all' attitude. 

The lady claimed she had many years of pet experience, and  
proceeded to advise (she had failed to inquire if we had already attempted certain scenario set-ups for the cat and monitor cat's behaviour) on how to manage the cat properly.

My answers that I managed to squeeze out were repeated; " Yes, we already tried that ...  and yes, we already tried that." 

OUTCOME - Went to a different store location.

Very knowledge. Staff is very polite and takes time to explain what is suitable for your animal. Shandon is very helpful.

Staff are Amazing! Rita and Shannon are so knowledgeable about the products they sell! Love how they give back to the community by supporting tons of rescues in the Tri-City area!! Shannon did an amazing job trimming both my dogs nails as well!

Usually all in stock, but a bit over priced. 
Hey all animals need to eat! And healthy so what it costs sometimes you should; if it's on the way home and you know you got to pick some up!
