The best service I have received at any pet store. I was served and helped by an assistant manager who was friendly knowledgeable and Interactive. He wanted to help me and when I came back to return a toy, the other employee gladly exchange my toy. I was blown away at the tremendous customer service. :)

Helpful staff, great sale and clearance prices, and a rewards program that is actually rewarding. In-store brand representatives can be a little pushy bit overall it is the best pet store in my opinion.

I’m so pleased to take my three dogs to this petsmart location. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The grooms are always well done & the nail trim service is always super quick & efficient.  The groomers always go out of there way to make my dogs feel special.

Selection is consistent but customer service is lacking.  Came for the cat event but nobody was there to help us, and when we asked for help, the associate disappeared. Apparently they ran out of event stuff already even though we got there only 2 hours into the event. That's fine but the ad didn't say that the event ended when they ran out of stuff and they didn't have anyone there directing so we just walked around confused. The person doing the dog training  was yelling so loud we just wanted to get out quickly anyway. On another day we brought our cat in for a nail clipping and were told they dont do walk in cat nail clipping despite there being a big sign and it being on their website. We stressed our cat out in the car just to have to drive him back home. We weren't impressed. Please dont keep advertising lies just to get us into your store.

The Staff here really care about your pet.  They have so much selection of everything you could possibly need for your furry friend.  Bring your pet and browse for their next favorite toy.  Grooming and training available onsite.
