The owner, and the employees, are extremely nice and helpful. Their products are well researched and of the highest quality. This is the place to go if you are feeding raw or considering it. Extremely knowledgeable staff; and I highly recommend getting over and seeing for yourself.

The store itself is fine but be prepared to get "educated" aka judged and lectured if your pet is not on a raw food diet even if it has special dietary concerns.

It's been a month now since I walked into the shop looking for a harness for one of my dogs, leaving two hours later educated, energized and excited to transition them all back to a raw (and whole) food diet. Even the family cat is now enjoying a healthier lifestyle. I am already a regular customer. So many health issues with my dogs were healed because I now have someone who not only knows their stuff, but knows how to explain it well. Their products are the best quality I have every found - carefully sourced.
