I visit this store regulary to buy health supplements for some health problems, and this store is in my neighbourhood. I like this store, usually can find what I'm looking for and prices are good. Service is good too. Unfortunately, during my last visit (05/26/2018) I found out that there were major changes in their reward system and it made my staying with GNC not affordable.

No one ever answers the phone. Every time I go in at 10 am before work, it is locked even though they put their operating hours at 10. Poor experience all together.

When you go in, it’s like a hit or miss. I go here about 3 times a month, and only have an exceptional customer service experience when the foreign woman is working. The men really don’t care and rarely help..
