Such a great experience shopping for wedding rings here! Ron was extremely friendly and patient.. he listened to exactly what I wanted and did not try to push anything on us that we were not interested in. He had us laughing the entire time. We were told our rings would be in in 7-10 days and we had them in 3.. mine did not fit when it came in and was resized and back to me in 2 days. I did not get the man's name who did the sizing of the rings but he was also a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs!

I have gone here multiple times for purchases and can't suggest them enough. Despite being in the mall, their prices are fair and their staff is informative. Their jeweler is talented and I worked with Ron this last time and he was so patient. I used to live 15 mins away now I'm about an hour and still make the drive.

I had a great experience with janvier jewelers especially with Ron. He was absolutely excellent. I highly recommend using him. He was thorough, thoughtful, funny, & engaging (no pun intended). He worked with me to find the perfect ring for my now fiancé and she is absolutely in love with it and compliments me on it everyday. Great job done by Ron & the team at Janvier Jewelers!! I will be back for anything else I ever need!

My family has always been impressed by Janvier's customer service. They took the time to go over what I was looking for and go through all the available options in detail. I was able to find what I was looking for at a very reasonable price, well worth the 2 hour drive!
