Coach Mitchel is a very encouraging coach that will work with all skill levels. My experience has been amazing!

Simply stated, you will never find a more committed, hands on coach than Mitchel Black or a fitness facility of anytime with a greater sense if family than StrongSide.

Strongside's programming is second to none. I joined Strongside in Nov 2015 and have experienced exceptional results!! Owner/Head Coach Mitchel Black knows exactly what he is doing, pays very close attention each member and drives a close-knit community of some of the best people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Strongside is functional fitness in the purest sense and a clear example of what a "gym home" is suppose to be like.

I've been working out with Mitchel over 3 1/2 years and a member at Strongside since it opened over 1 1/2 years ago.  I love working out with Mitchel and at Strongside.  Mitchel will help you get better whatever your starting point.  I am one of the older members and have never been very strong or athletic but I am amazed at what I can accomplish now, both inside and outside of the gym.  Regardless of your fitness level, the people at Strongside are there to encourage and support you, it doesn't matter whether you are the strongest and first to complete the workout, or the weakest and last to complete the workout.  We all celebrate everyone's achievements along the way to becoming a better version of ourselves.

I love this place. The members are personable, committed and consistent. They help me stay accountable. The coach, Mitchell Black, has a sincere desire to help people change their lives and it shows in his dedication, program and especially how intently he listens to his members. I went to a gym but I have seen measurable changes in my fitness, energy, nutrition and overall health since I started Crossfit and not just any Box will do.
