The staff of the Woodstock location is outstanding. Their warmth, attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through keep me coming back. Regarding the workout, I don't get bored like I do with other types of exercise. The constant instruction from the coach, the frequent shifts from one activity to another, and the interaction with other members makes it interesting. The time seems to pass quickly. I've been going to OrangeTheory consistently for 16 months and have seen great improvements in my fitness. I'm faster, stronger, lighter, more flexible, and in better health than I have been in a long, long time.

The best workout i have done in years.. i am so happy i joined i already feel better and stronger!! Trainers are awesome and really keep you motivated throughout the workout!!

I like the atmosphere - music gets me pumped up and having others doing it with you kept me up on my game(A little competition). People and coaches were very helpful, friendly and energetic! I felt pushed to do more but not to the point to where I was afraid to back off if I felt like I was overdoing it.

This place is fantastic! All the trainers are absolutely fantastic. I actually enjoy going here in the mornings before heading to work. The workouts vary a lot so it seems like you're never doing the same repetitive thing. Super RECOMMENDED.

Great coaches, great workout, and it’s fun to work out as a group with a personal trainer type feel!
