I’ve been apart fitness industry for so long and I’ve never seen so many people not truly passionate about Fitness but 100% just sales oriented. The Fitness manager (who needs a trainer himself) constantly makes fun of members with his girlfriend Megan the Sales manager. Instead of putting new equipment needed after gym has been there over 10years. They just put used equipment from a different Gold’s that shut down. They gym is extremely dirty. Which is expected when you only have one housekeeper that does their job. Not to mention things are constantly breaking and take weeks to get repaired. Paying on average $40 a month with spouse add on of $35 oh and childcare is additional $12 per child. Club Fitness has almost all the same features besides basketball and pool. Kids club is free as well! The most monthly payment you would have is just $19.95 (not $40)with a family add is only $10 bucks (not $35)! No enrollment ever and they don’t require a last month up front! Your more then welcome to try 7 days Free at Club Fitness or try golds for just 3. Wow thanks. Not to mention club Fitness just bought the Lowe’s right down the street and will be the biggest Club Fitness to date. You maybe want to wait or just go sign up at club fitness now before you get locked in a 12 month agreement you can’t buy out they will make you pay $40 x how ever many months you have remaining. They don’t make it easy to cancel ether. Such a shame none of the other pieces of the puzzle work at this facility Work when the have such an amazing GM. Only good thing at that place. So if you want to be talked about from the staff among each other or they talk about you to other memebers, pay more for a dirty gym that doesn’t have 24hr access and always has broken equipment. Golds is the place for you! Such a shame Golds Gym name is on that building!

Great amenities. Nice gym. I WAS interested in joining but didn't because of the BS the consultant 'sales' person. I just happened to visit the gym during a promotion for new membership. I liked the gym. I sat down with the gentleman to understand my monthly price. The only problem: I had to wait until later that day so my wife could tour the gym. I asked the guy how long the promotion would last, he said he didn't know because the managers just happened to be in a meeting at that time. So, I left because he couldn't state whether or not the promotion would be available even the next day. PUSHY sales tactics. He even had the audacity to call me later that evening and say the "promotion" was extended after talking to his manager. What a joke. Never.

The staff here is friendly and courteous. The large amount of space allows for a huge variety of machines. They keep the machines clean and up to date. In fact, they are even having all of the pads on their machines reupholstered right now to update the equipment. Great place to work out!
