Could be great but its not. The facility is first class but the some of the membership are so self absorbed that it makes almost any workout impossible. This could be easily remedied it the staff would just be more alert. Every day, on every treadmill there a loud person to person and phone conversations that go on interminably. This means that if you want to listen to your music, watch TV or just relax you must listen to the conversations around you, like it or not, The volume of these conversations increase as  more people talk and the noise from the machines grows louder. Staff should be more aware of this. On any of the  work out machines at any time a phone conversation can be going on with the speaker sitting on a weight machine with no urgency to get up, hang up or let someone else on. Despite signs everywhere saying "No Cell Phones" this is ignored and not enforced by staff. There are 2 levels here and it is common for conversations to be had from the lower floor to the upper floor in front of the reception desk.
If you are looking for a gym not infested by the chronically self absorbed be careful before signing up here. If you are considering it, get a weeks pass and kick the tires.
The facility is very good but the staff needs to politely but firmly monitor the floor and inform the social butterflies that there are other people there that just want a few moments to work out and not hear about your personal business.

Charging $20 for a day pass is absurd. My girlfriend and I would've had to pay $40 in total just to workout for an hour. I offered to pay $10 each but they insisted so we decided to not give this place a second look! Bad price and bad staff!

I have been coming to this gym for many years and I have to say that I am highly disappointed with the quality and service of the gym. Front desk/ shake bar associates are unfriendly and extremely rude (with the EXCEPTION of trainers and class instructors whom are friendly and caring). You ask them a question or for a shake and immediately they give you attitude, roll their eyes and simply become busy to assist you. Meanwhile the are just standing their doing absolutely nothing. You try to reach out to the owner and he is never around, always traveling and just doesn't care. Being a high end gym you get the same if not lower quality of service as a low budget gym.

Inspirational gym to go to being right on the water, has everything you need for a top-notch workout. Very helpful staff.
