This is a great local gym. It’s  much larger than it looks from the front of the building. The classes are wonderful and varied, the staff is helpful, machines are always in good condition and they have a lot of variety. The place is clean and well lit with a wide variety of clientele - all ages/sizes/levels So I feel comfortable. I recently downloaded the app and it helps me keep track of class schedules and sign up in advance for classes I want (which forces me to actually go!)  They have good promotions from time to time for personal training, bring a friend and other promos.  Really happy overall!

Really nice facility. Has all the equipment needed for weight training and conditioning. Very affordable as well! Look out for new monthly deals for enrollment. Jordan, the general manager, is very helpful and enthusiastic regarding new and potential clients. Made is very easy for me to obtain a day pass and use the gym

I love my gym so much! The staff is incredible.  They great you by name and build individual relationships with the guests because they purely love what they do.  There are always classes at the times i need them and the trainers put so much effort into mashing sure each guest  gets the most or off their without. Jersey Strong, by far is the best place to join and i highly recommend Middletown to be exact. Ask for Jordan when signing up!

Absolutely the best gym to be apart of. It’s well equipped with machines and the gym is spotless. I love all the different classes they offer. Megan is always always helpful. I love bringing the kids here to ulitize the wonderful babysitting staff. Couldn’t be more satisfied with my membership

The best gym I’ve ever been to. I love the x-labs especially x-Bootcamp with Daniella. I’ve taken the class for years and it provides different challenges each time but something that is constant is Daniella’s ability to get everyone motivated and keep us all progressing. I would love for everyone to try the class with her, it really is an amazing experience with incredible physical and mental benefits.
